We are advocating for reform in licensing laws in all states of the union to ensure just, fair, and equitable opportunities for our students and professionals to have a progressive career pathway.
Given that the current licensing exams have little evidence to show that they are valid and reliable, we call upon thought leaders to help ideate new ways to measure practice competencies leading to licensure.
